Recruitment of Crewmember(s) & Staff
Some of our clients have asked us to help them determine the individual that will fit into their company culture and surroundings. This may not always be a person with high flight times or with the required type rating in their back pocket, but an individual that will work well with the people around them and earn the respect of all.
The process generally begins with an in-depth understanding of the aviation department itself. We will personally meet with the management team and often the entire department to gain a full understanding of the goals, needs, and personalities within the department. We take our clients through the process that helps both the client and JB aviation, LLC understand the short and long-term requirements to be fulfilled by the candidate. We will also develop an understanding of the compensation and benefits package for each position offered and make recommendations to the group.
We can usually narrow the candidate field from three to five prime individuals after meeting with the client. An in-depth written report containing pertinent information on each candidate as well as our recommendation(s) is then submitted. If requested, we can also fly with a candidate to evaluate their flying skills while conducting our own interview, seeking their strong and/or weak areas.
